play upredictthescore or any UPTS Ltd game.
Do I have
to Login first before I can use the site?
You can check the League Table, Monthly
Standings, Fixtures/Results & Statistics without login, but certain
features will only be available after login, such as Mini League,
make predictions etc.
What if
my personal details change?
If your personal details
change please "Login" and click on "My
Profile". Here you will be
able to update your personal details and change your
password for the game only not payment passwords.

How do I
deposit funds?
When you are in the Paypal website, please follow the simple instructions.
How will
the deposits to my account appear on my bank statement?
The transfer of money to your account will appear as "UPTS Ltd" on your
payment card statement.
Can I use
more than one payment card?

to payment identity etc.
What happens when I win?
If you don't contact us within 21 days, we will contact you by mobile
or other means stipulated in your profile.
How do I
withdraw my winnings?
We will
transfer money back into your Paypal, which you can withdraw or use to Play The Game. Otherwise you can request a cheque
(please allow 21 days for this method). You cannot win cash prizes with free or promotional games, however 5 extra credits will apply once you have paid for 2 games.
Can I
cancel my entries?
No. Once we have accepted an
entry from you it cannot be cancelled, and will be settled according
to our rules. You must check your entries VERY CAREFULLY before you
go to Paypal. You can change score entries before the kick off time of each game without losing a credit.
What if I
have a dispute with the site?
If you have a dispute with
the
upredictthescore.com site we will obviously seek
to resolve the situation amicably between us. If the matter cannot
be mutually resolved after 6 months it will then be referred to an
Arbitrator.
Can I
have more than one account?
Yes as many as you like,
however, you need different user names for each account and you will
have to pay again to play again.
What
happens if I forget my Username or cannot Login?
Please click on the “Forgot
my User/Password” and we will send an email for you.
