Acceptance and Validation of Predictions

All predictions and payment must be received and CONFIRMED BEFORE the first kick off of the first game in any given relevant programme.

When predictions are submitted through the upredictthescore.com site to be valid you must receive confirmation from us that the predictions have been received. The programme of predictions will have been deemed valid when you receive an email confirming receipt. Once it has been confirmed, you cannot cancel a predictions. If PayPal verify a disputed entry payment, your case will be carefully and fairly considered.

Please check your prediction details carefully before submitting them to us. You may receive a message other than a confirmation message stating that your payment and/or predictions has/have not been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any entry.

Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, we do not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of information provided on the upredictthescore.com site. We do not accept predictions sent by email or other unauthorised data transmissions. Automated Mobile Telephone submissions are not yet set up but may be when upredictthescore.com deem it appropriate.

Monies will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your predictions, no matter when the results are determined.

Payment of Winnings

Please note that cash prizes are only available for existing members only.

We will notify you by mobile phone or alternative preferred contact method indicated in your profile.

Returns due on entries placed on your account will be added to your current deposit balance once the entry has been settled. You will be contacted by email for winnings over the maximum withdrawal limit inviting your instructions regarding method of payment. This balance will remain in your account unless you submit an on-line request (details of the withdraw option can be found via the "My Account" options) for the outstanding balance to be sent back to your bank or credit card account.

Once you have submitted your request you will receive a confirmation message that the transfer has been implemented and your balance will then revert to zero or the relevant balance.

Your transferred funds will leave us at the close of business and will be credited to your registered bank/building society or credit card account. These funds will be subject to a clearance period determined by the card issuing bank (normally 3 working days).

The current New User free membership and 2 free games offer will expire once the 200th Member is paying, unless UPTS Ltd decide to extend/shorten, in which case the new offer period will be advertised to all members 24 hours prior to commencement. No Cash prizes are available if won using trial/free games however your points will register in the league/s.

Rollover Rules

If no member achieves an AVERAGE of 1 point per game in any given upredictthescore.com programme of fixtures the weekly prize will rollover to the following week when it will be added to the prize already available. No New User playing trial/free games is eligible for a rollover or any other cash prize. (See "Offers & Prizes" section above)

There is no limit to how many times the rollover will apply.

Ammendments

We ( UPTS Ltd) reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions and Game Rules at any time. Where and when possible Users will notified of Game rules changes at least 24 hours before a programme commencement.
